Yes, however, the upgrade or downgrade is NOT effective immediately. Your increased or decreased data plan will be reflected in the following month. If you choose to downgrade and you've already been billed for the current month, you will not receive any credits or prorating for the remaining days of your plans cycle.
For example, if your plan was activated or renewed on July 1st, and you upgrade your plan on July 15th, you will not have access to more data until August 1st. On the other hand, if you chose to downgrade or pause your plan on July 15th, you wouldn't receive credit for the second half of July. Your hotspot would still operate on your existing data plan until August 1st. Additionally, your unused data does not rollover to the next month.
You can make changes to your subscription by following the instructions found here:
- Visit your 'Account' at www.somewear.co
- Select ‘Account’ then ‘Device Management’.
- You will be able to see a list of all of your active devices and edit your subscription settings.
- Select 'Edit' for the device you would like to edit.
- You will be presented with your Device Details
- Select 'Edit' again to make modifications to your data subscription.
- Select the new plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to.
