How do I share my current location?

Sharing your location is different than Somewear's tracking feature. If you would like to know how to automatically share your tracking location with others, you can go to How can I share automatic location updates with others.

Share your location using Messages:

• Select the conversation with the person whom you would like to share your location
• Select the pin drop icon
• This will automatically share your current location with that recipient
  • Your location will not be updated automatically if you begin to move

Share your location using waypoints:

• Access the map in the mobile app and identify your current location
• Press and long-hold on your current location to create a waypoint
• Share that waypoint with the individual you would like to share your location with
