You may be experiencing one of the following issues:
- Make sure the hotspot is in pairing mode. To put your device in pairing mode, hold down the power button for 5 seconds until the LED begins to flash quickly.
- You should connect to your hotspot via the Somewear mobile app, do not attempt to connect through your mobile device's bluetooth settings.
- If you are still unable to connect, follow these steps:
- Try "forgetting" the device from the iOS/Android bluetooth menu.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Search for "Somewear Hotspot" > Tap on the info icon next to the name > Tap on "Forget this device" > Confirm.
- Once you've done that go back to the Somewear App and try connecting again.
- Try "forgetting" the device from the iOS/Android bluetooth menu.
