How can I delete a single message or an entire conversation?

If you're on the web app and want to delete an entire conversation:

• Go to your Messages and find the conversation you would like to delete.
• Hover over the conversation and a small 'x' will appear on the right hand side of the conversation container.
• Click the small 'x' to delete the conversation.

If you're on the web app and want to delete a single message:

• This functionality is currently not available.

If you're on the mobile app and want to delete an entire conversation:

• Go to your Messages and find the conversation you would like to delete
• Swipe left on the conversation container to display the Delete button
• Click Delete and your entire conversation will be deleted
• You cannot undo the deletion of a conversation. Make sure that you are deleting the right conversation

If you're on the mobile app and want to delete a single message:

• This functionality is currently not available.
